Last updated: March 1, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Conxmed (“the Platform”), operated by Conxmed Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Overview
Conxmed provides a digital platform connecting healthcare providers, radiologists, hospitals, and patients for:
- Teleradiology — remote radiology interpretation and reporting services connecting Southeast Asian hospitals with Korean medical specialists.
- Medical Tourism — AI-powered matching of patients with Korean clinics based on treatment needs, preferences, and clinical requirements.
- AI Triage — automated urgency classification of radiology cases to assist clinical decision-making (not a substitute for professional medical judgment).
- DICOM Image Management — secure upload, storage, and sharing of medical imaging files.
2. Eligibility & Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. Healthcare professionals must hold valid licenses in their respective jurisdictions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. User Roles & Responsibilities
Hospitals & Clinics
Hospital accounts may upload DICOM images and patient data. You warrant that you have obtained all necessary patient consents and that data sharing complies with applicable local healthcare regulations.
Doctors & Radiologists
Doctor accounts are assigned radiology cases for review and reporting. Reports generated through the Platform constitute professional medical opinions and must meet applicable standards of care.
Patients
Patient accounts may submit tourism inquiries, view matched clinics, and communicate with healthcare providers. Patients acknowledge that Conxmed facilitates connections but does not directly provide medical treatment.
4. Medical Disclaimer
Conxmed is a technology platform facilitating healthcare communication and coordination. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment. AI-generated triage classifications and clinic recommendations are decision-support tools and should not replace professional clinical judgment.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload false, misleading, or unauthorized patient data.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of healthcare regulations.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts, data, or communications without authorization.
