What is Conxmed?

Conxmed is a digital healthcare platform connecting Southeast Asian hospitals and patients with Korean medical expertise. We offer teleradiology services (remote radiology interpretation), medical tourism facilitation (AI-powered clinic matching), and DICOM image management — all in a single, HIPAA-compliant platform.

How does the AI triage system work?

When a radiology case is uploaded, our AI triage system automatically classifies its urgency level (critical, urgent, or routine) based on the clinical information provided. This helps prioritize cases so critical findings are reviewed first. The AI classification is a decision-support tool — final clinical judgment is always made by a licensed radiologist.

How are clinics matched to my tourism inquiry?

Our AI recommendation engine scores clinics based on four factors: specialty match (40%), clinic rating (25%), keyword relevance (20%), and location preference (15%). You can review matched clinics, compare them side by side, and communicate with your preferred choice through the platform.

Is my medical data secure?

Yes. Conxmed is HIPAA compliant with end-to-end encryption (TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest), row-level database security, and strict role-based access controls. See our HIPAA Compliance page for full details.

What languages does the platform support?

Conxmed supports English (EN), Thai (TH), and Vietnamese (VI). You can set your preferred language during registration or change it in your profile settings.

How long does a radiology report take?

Report turnaround depends on case urgency. Critical cases are prioritized for immediate review. On average, routine cases are reported within 24 hours. You can track the status of your cases in real time through the dashboard.

What file formats are supported for imaging?

We support DICOM 3.0 standard files, which is the universal format for medical imaging. DICOM files from any compliant modality (CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, etc.) can be uploaded through our secure uploader.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Contact us at [email protected] to request account deletion. Note that medical records may be retained for the legally required retention period (typically 10 years) even after account deletion, in compliance with healthcare regulations.
